Excellent post by Kim Ann Curtin. I have been working with her for months now and she has helped me with these very issues. I tend to go to extremes as far as my emotions. I tend to always be looking for the other shoe to drop and do not let my hopes get up there for anything. But I am working on simply being able to be happy. Thanks Kim! And Thanks very much Ad Hustler for showcasing such a wonderful person with great ideas.
