The higher the CTR you can get the lower the CPC you are going to get. I suggest bidding within their suggested bid range to start and then lower it if you get a decent CTR. Would you say it works the same as Google Content network in that you need to bid high at 1st to get the impressions. Then if you have a high CTR you can slowly lower your bid? Is the only way to beat it by cloaking LPS or changing them once ads are approved? I've seen people post screen shots of .02 clicks and high CTRS but have no clue how they are doing.
