There must be something in the Amazonian rain forest they can use! That said, I think the attitude to smoking is incredibly different in the United States to how it is in the UK. However, it cannot be the case with all the people & it shows in the content eventually. Other aspects that need to be considered are that : 1. Is it relevant to your niche? 2. Is it suitable to your image & reputation? 3. Have you ever gone out of your subject zone & done such promotion?
