I used to run zip/email submits with a solid 30-40% conversion rate. Needless to say, the people that owned SM.com must have caught on and took all the quality traffic for themselves to internally monetize. When they started taking the quality traffic, my offers dropped to converting at less than 2%. I pretty much gave up after that since there are much better ways to get quality, cheap traffic.
