Fuck hostgator. Yesterday my p202 script stopped working because of mod_security issues or some shit… lost half a days revenue which was like $12, but still. Lesson learned, don’t put your important shit on shared hosting.

@Bryn – Word. Overall they are a great company. They are good for some things and not for others. For instance I wouldnt necessarily trust your PPC traffic to a shared server with some idiot on it (like me) who has a script go crazy and take the whole server out. Then again Hostgator has dedicated boxes too, ive just never tried them for that.

I love hostgator also, they’re support is amazing and I have yet to have any issues with them.
